Mafee Logistics Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By availing the services of Mafee Logistics Inc., the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of delivery services constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to all provisions stated herein.

2. Accuracy of Information

   The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipment details provided, including sender and recipient information, package description, and declared value, are accurate and complete. Mafee Logistics Inc. shall not be liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Payment Terms

   All charges indicated on the invoice must be paid in full according to the payment terms agreed upon. Mafee Logistics Inc. reserves the right to suspend services or withhold delivery in the event of unpaid or overdue balances.

4. Delivery and Transit Time

   Delivery schedules and estimated transit times are provided as guidelines only. Mafee Logistics Inc. shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, natural disasters, or actions of government authorities.

5. Prohibited and Restricted Items

   Customers agree not to ship items that are illegal, hazardous, perishable without proper packaging, or otherwise restricted by applicable laws and regulations. Mafee Logistics Inc. reserves the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any shipment that violates these restrictions.

6. Liability and Limitation of Responsibility

   Mafee Logistics Inc. shall exercise reasonable care in handling shipments. However, liability for loss or damage shall be limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum amount allowed by applicable company policy unless additional insurance coverage is purchased.

7. Inspection Rights

   Mafee Logistics Inc. reserves the right to inspect any shipment to ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.

8. Claims and Complaints

   Any claim for loss, damage, or delay must be reported in writing within the period specified by company policy from the date of shipment or delivery. Failure to report within the specified period may result in denial of the claim.

9. Force Majeure

   Mafee Logistics Inc. shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

11. Amendments

    Mafee Logistics Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version shall apply to all transactions.
